For a bank with international recognition, they can be a real pain in the ass! It took them sooooooooo long to get the replacement card to me. Twice it was sent to my old company address and if I wanted the card fast, I'll have to go get it myself. *pfftt*

HSBC
I have had the HSBC card for almost 5 years now but have found their service to be a notch below my expectations. Yet...they got the replacement card to me without any hassle. Half thumbs up! *blink, blink*

Random observation: My lazy bum still refuses to get to that bloody bank for my ATM card *hummphh*
