Blog-meet and the pesky bug

Dang the pesky cough bug. It stung me on the day I watched Racing Stripes. Must be the strong cold air. And that pesky flu bug. It caught up with Mr. Cough this morning. Sheesh! And this had to happen right before the Chinese New Year. *cough cough* And I haven't even eaten a single mandarin orange, if you are wondering. Oh gawd! The throbbing headache, the watery eyes, the sniffles and snuffles and the ... *cough cough* Bah humbug!

Thank goodness I was well enough to go for my first blog-meet last Saturday. It was kinda cool to meet some bloggers face-to-face at last. Thanks Yuen Li of BujangLapuk for organising the whole dinner-do at the Lotus. And there was CyberRed (really? With extra icing on the top? *blush*) who was with another fellow friend who was just introduced to the blogging world (I simply love your hair streaks. If only I can do it). There was GraceShu who was very punctual and last but not least, Minishorts! Ah, we met at last! A very expressive bunch they are and we will have a second blog-meet before Yuen Li leaves for the UK again.
