It will have to be one of my favourites.
The rice is cooked with chicken stock, some pieces of ginger and its flavour is just smooth and rich on the buds. I love it. I especially like to eat it with a piece of chicken liver. Much like foie gras except that it's not in pate form and it's definitely budget.
Chicken rice. Eat with some sweetish soy dressing, some lightly limed chilli mix and go BURPPPP!!
