Teacher's Day. Ahh! My turn has come.
I remember my mum used to prepare ONE gift for my class teacher during my schooling years but I can't recall having gifted my kindergarten teachers. These days, they start young. And not to just the class teacher. Gratefully, I didn't feel obliged to spend a lot or to give the whole school unlike some parents.
I kept it simple. I had some large packs of unsalted nuts at home. So I decided to mix 'em walnuts, cashews, peanuts and raisins together. Quickly whipped up a few packets in ziplock bags and had them packed in fancy plastics. Wala!
My turn has certainly come to do this on an annual basis from now on and it is a loooong way to go still. *sweats*
