Purge

Must have been the concoction of drinks in my little tummy today (not mentioning the amount of food I had with it).

I had limau ais at the mamak this morning. Then I had water crest herbal tea at lunch. 3 glasses of hot green tea followed during dinner and I had a glass of ice lemon tea an hour after dinner.

*rumble rumble*

Purging.

I'm having a bad diarrhea.

Need rest.

Started to rain cats and dogs.

Hypnotic pitter-patter.

Goodnight.

THANK YOU everyone! The diarrhea lasted 2 days and it went brrr brrr brrrrr! In a way, I'm quite happy because I have a flat tummy now. Haha!

Reta - I hate pills wor. So how? Any other remedies so next time I can use/do?

Bkworm - now that you mentioned, it sure does sound like a detox. Maybe it ain't a bad idea mixing drinks after all. Heh! Next time, I'll take water, green tea and fruit and vegetable juices. That's REAL detox.

If you are going to detox on water, green tea and fruit & vegie juices, make sure the water is filtered and boiled and the f&v organic and freshy picked. If not, you'll be retoxing, not detoxing.
