Free lunch

What do they always say? There's no free lunch. But hey, this new food place is supposed to be opened only tomorrow - Wednesday - but as we stood at the entrance scrutinising the menu, the owner beckoned us.

"Come, come on in," he chirped. "We're giving a free trial today. Lunch is on the house," and showed us a table. Okie dokes! Sit down we did.

lucky u. Pho is not glass noodle. Its a name of a dish lar. The rice noodle / kueh teow with a consomme like soup base.
